Competition Information

$15 All Day Wristband
$10 for non performing students and Seniors

ONLINE TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE HERE OR ONSITE THE DAY OF THE EVENT

Preliminary performance is currently scheduled for 2:15 PM.

Gates open at 11 AM. Gates will close at 4:45 PM and reopen at 6 PM for the Finals!

**Clear Bag Policy will be enforced.

 RE: PARKING (From the Contest Director)

“Owasso Schools will be taping off the area near the pond west of the stadium.  Spectators will not be allowed to park in the grassy area on the West Campus this year.  We will still park those with a handicapped sticker in the West lot and bring them to the stadium via a golf cart. Grass parking is not allowed. We will offer FREE shuttle parking to various churches near the contest.”

NEW THIS YEAR: In addition to nearby free parking and provided shuttles, there will be one paid parking lot on site this year to benefit Owasso’s FFA program.

7:00 am Rehearsal/Run-through
7:30 am- Load Equipment
9:00 am- Depart Bentonville West High School
10:00 am- Breakfast/snack (provided) on the Bus
11:00 am- Arrive at Owasso HS, Unload Equipment 12901 East 86th St N, Owasso, OK 74055
1 pm- Front Ensemble Warm-Up
1:15 pm-Band Warm-Up
2:15 pm- Reflections Performance

2:25 pm- Change/Stack Equipment/Lunch (Provided)
3:15 pm Watch other bands
4:30 pm Awards
5:30 pm Healthy snack (Provided) (must be quick in case we have an early finals performance)
TBD Finals Performance
TBD Dinner (provided) after finals performance
10:00 pm Awards/finals retreat
11 pm Depart Owasso High School
1 am Arrive at BWHS/Unload
1:30 am Dismiss
