8th Grade Night
with the Bentonville West Midnight Regiment

We are excited to welcome our 8th grade students from Lincoln Junior High and Grimsley Junior High Bands for a preview into our high school band program on Friday, October 11th!
Students will be bussed over from their junior highs after school and join our high school band for an all-band practice before the varsity football game.
After practice, 8th grade students will meet with their high school mentors for a short activity and to get to know one another.
Students will walk back to the band room with their mentors where they will be fed (pizza) and receive their t-shirt to wear to the game. **If you’d like to volunteer to help serve the students dinner, please meet us in the grassy area outside the BWHS band room at 4:30pm.
Students will line-up and troop over to the stadium with our high school band around 6:15pm and join us in the bandstands at the Wolverine Stadium.
Wolverine Stadium - 1351 Gamble Rd, Centerton, AR 72719
Families are encouraged to attend the football game and cheer on our Wolverines AND our band as we take on the Rogers Mountaineers! Kick-off is at 7:00pm.
TICKETS are available for purchase ONLINE or at the gate for $5/ticket.
Students will play alongside our high school band for the first 2 quarters of the game. At halftime, 8th grade students will watch our Midnight Regiment halftime show titled “Reflections” from the sideline and then join the high school band on the field for an all-band performance.
8th grade students may be checked out after halftime to join their families. Please make your way to the side of the bandstands after the halftime performance to meet your junior high director for check-out procedures.
Interested in volunteering in our concession stand? Parents, band students, families and friends are all welcome to help serve in our concession stand. We have opportunities available most days of the week…even junior high games!
