2025 Winter Guard
The success of our Bentonville West High School Winter Guard program relies heavily on donations and fundraising. The Sponsorship Program is a way to help alleviate costs for students and enhance our overall program.
Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations until student fees are paid in full.
The Wolverine Band Boosters are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Approved businesses or individuals who donate to the general fund can request a tax receipt and are eligible for deduction.
All donors are subject to approval by the Bentonville Independent School District.

Donate by Check or Cash:
Cash and check donations can be provided to the sponsored student or mailed to BWHS Band PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719. Please include a copy of the sponsorship donation form with the donation.
Checks can be made payable to “Wolverine Band Boosters”
Students can turn in check/cash along with completed form to the band office.
Program Levels:
The 2025 Winter Guard Sponsorship Program runs from November 2024 through April 2025. Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations until band fees are paid in full. Remainder of business donation will go towards program initiatives. Funds will be credited to student’s CutTime account to be applied to their student fees.

Donation Amount: $500 donation or more to qualify

Shirt Ad: Single color business logo included on the season show t-shirt which will be worn by students, family, and friends. Donations due by Jan. 5, 2025.
Concessions Ad: Business logo on digital signage of concessions at all Bentonville West athletic events. Donations due by Jan. 5, 2025.
