2024-2025 Season
Nomination Period:
The 2024-2025 Booster Board Officer nominations are open April 1-30, 2024.
Following the nomination period, a web form will be sent out for voting.
Eligibility:
Parents and/or guardians of students (grades 6-12) currently enrolled in the band and/or color guard programs at Bentonville West High School and its feeder schools are eligible to serve on the board. Must be in good standing as outlined in the Volunteer Code of Conduct.
Nomination Results:
Nomination results will be announced by April 30, 2024 along with a web voting form.
Officers shall be elected by a majority vote of active members by a ballot system.
Term:
Elected board officers will serve on the board for a 1-year term beginning July 1, 2024.
Volunteer Managers (Non-Voting Officers; Meeting Attendance is NOT Required):
Volunteer Managers are dedicated volunteers tasked with a set of responsibilities for the 2024-2025 band season. These leaders will receive direction from a Wolverine Band Booster Officer and provide direction to volunteer helpers.
