How can I prepare for Band Camp?

We are so excited to see everyone back, but July is HOT and hydration is key! Please read through these TIPS to learn how to stay properly hydrated.

What do I need to bring?

  • AAA Physical Form

  • Sunscreen!!!

  • Deodorant

  • Marching instrument

  • 1-inch binder with sheet protectors for music

  • Pencil

  • Rehearsal bag (drawstring bag or backpack)

  • 1/2 gallon water jug (New members will receive this on Day 1)

  • Tuner (This can be an app on your phone)

  • Required Rehearsal Attire - White t-shirt (black for color guard), athletic shorts, tennis shoes, and hat

    **Campus is open during breaks with fridge and microwaves available!

How can I help?

We are looking for volunteers who can cover short shifts at our cool-down area during band camp. SIGN UP HERE to help keep our students safe and healthy by passing out hydration, ice packs, and cool treats!

Save the Date: Midnight Regiment Picture Day!

We’ll be taking professional headshots for our band yearbook and will also be offering prints and digital downloads for purchase.

SPIRIT BUTTONS of your student’s photo will be available for purchase as a fun way to show your support at contests and games!

Marching Gear will drop soon!

Check back in the BAND STORE next week to order required items such as marching shoes, compression gear, lyres, and flip folders.

Our parent organization, the Wolverine Band Boosters, is still looking to fill several manager positions in concessions, photography, and student meals as well as an Executive Vice President and VP of Student Services on our board. Band Fees are Due

Band Fee Payment #4 is due August 1st.

Earn Funds Toward your Band Fees!

Students who acquire a business sponsorship receive 50% of donations for band fair share fees until band fees are paid in full. Act NOW to receive benefits like social media recognition as well as jumbotron, trailer, and concessions advertisements!

Do you have friends and family who would like to sponsor your student and donate toward their band fair share fees? Share our DONATION link with them and their donation will be applied directly to the student specified!

IF YOU CHECKED OUT CHOCOLATE BARS all sales need turned in before band camp to receive your bonus toward band fees.
