1 pm- Front Ensemble Warm-Up
1:15 pm-Band Warm-Up
2:15 pm- Reflections Performance

2:25 pm- Change/Stack Equipment/Lunch (Provided)
3:15 pm Watch other bands
4:30 pm Awards
5:30 pm Healthy snack (Provided) (must be quick in case we have an early finals performance)
TBD Finals Performance
TBD Dinner (provided) after finals performance
10:00 pm Awards/finals retreat
11 pm Depart Owasso High School
1 am Arrive at BWHS/Unload
1:30 am Dismiss

Band fees are now past due! As we enter into this competition season, travel expenses, meals and operating costs rise.
**All students with a balance in CutTime are expected to participate in this fundraiser.** 50% of all sales go straight toward your band fees!

Member jackets are available to order NOW! Orders will close Monday, Sept 30 and will not be available again this season.

Band Fees are PAST DUE

The FINAL band payment was due Sunday, September 1st. All fees should be paid in full! View the financial agreement HERE. There are several ways to pay your fees:

Mail: Mail a check to PO Box 658 Centerton, AR 72719 (Payable to “BWHS Band”)
In Person: Send cash or check to the band room/office (enclose in a sealed envelope with student name included)
Online: Pay online through CutTime (3% fee)

Make a Payment
